The Mayor of Freetown, Sierra Leone, Herbert A. George Williams along with his colleague from Makeni City Council, Moses Sesay, was in Lagos recently on a visit to make on-the-spot assessment of the developmental strides of the Lagos State Government under Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN). The Mayors were led to the Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA) by the High Commissioner of the Republic of Sierra Leone to Nigeria, His Excellency, Henry O. Macauley.
